Every stage of production is strictly controlled based on the 'OEM Production Progress Report,' with the entire process—from receipt of materials to the dispatch of finished goods—transparently recorded and managed.
Prioritizing trust with our clients, we ensure precise quantitative production and strict adherence to delivery schedules in full alignment with purchase orders. Every production Lot is thoroughly documented and managed.
Going beyond simple manufacturing, we measure scientific indicators such as Specific Gravity (SG) and Refractive Index (RI). By minimizing the margin of error, we guarantee consistent and uniform fragrance quality.
We meticulously inspect the appearance, specifications, and quantity of all secondary materials. By immediately investigating potential issues such as container defects or label peeling during the production process, we ensure that only flawless products are dispatched.
A'ROMA FLAVUM manufactures ODM/OEM products in strict accordance with the "Production Progress Report."
We monitor and record in real-time not only the product's fragrance name, fragrance code, and order quantity, but also technical indicators such as Specific Gravity (SG) and Refractive Index (RI) during the production process.
