As part of these efforts, we recently participated in the "2026 Specialized High School Human Resource Development Project: Employment Matching Program Briefing and Tripartite Agreement Ceremony." This meaningful event was hosted by Gunja Digital Science High School and sponsored by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups (MSS), the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME), and the Military Manpower Administration (MMA).

Through this specialized high school development project, these selected young talents will merge with A'ROMA FLAVUM's innovative technological prowess to grow into leading fragrance specialists representing the Republic of Korea in the future. By providing a stable employment environment and continuous growth opportunities for these young, passionate individuals, A'ROMA FLAVUM will fulfill its corporate social responsibility (CSR) and realize the values of mutual growth.
